On the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, CFET will join organizations all over the world in #GivingTuesday. This holiday season, we are asking for your support in expanding our Eco Intern program. On #GivingTuesday, November 27th, head to our Facebook page and donate. Follow us on on social media to learn more about what CFET does and what your donation will mean to the community we serve. Thank you!

PEACE and JUSTICE shall meet, ART and SCIENCE shall embrace.
On Saturday, December 1st, at 2PM at Sacred Heart Church in Waterfront South, Camden, NJ we will be holding our second Thomas Berry Lecture of the year.
Join us as internationally acclaimed artist and painter, Mickey McGrath, and
internationally renowned author, scientist, Villanova professor, and cosmo-theologian,
Ilia Delio, bring together new views of our Earth, our Cosmos, and the presence of God
in all of it. They will challenge us to think about our place in the expanding and evolving
universe, challenging us to re-imagine what it means to be human in the light of
quantum physics. With their passions for science and art, Ilia and Mickey will breathe
new life into the timeless traditions and spiritualities of our faiths and practices. Their
joint conversation will inspire you and humble you.
We will celebrate the new season of Advent with this special event. There will be a
reception following the presentations in our retreat house. Join us for soup, breads and

Corporate and Individual Investment
Invest in the present and future of CFET. Corporate and individual investments enable us to support the programming we do with the youth of Camden, to grow and distribute chemical-free and healthy fruit and vegetables to the people of Camden and to provide educational and experiential programming for Camden residents as well as visitors from around the region. Make an investment here!
A great example is Citizen’s Bank. See below!
Citizens Bank presented a $5,000 contribution to the Center for Environmental Transformation (CFET) as part of the bank’s Citizens Helping Citizens Fight Hunger initiative to support various nonprofits throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware that provide hunger relief, nutrition assistance and help improve access to food for families.
In-kind Giving
Finances aren’t the only way you can contribute to the growth and development of CFET. There are always specific items we’re looking for to help us pursue our mission and that includes everything from paper clips to pitchforks. Because equipment takes such a beating in our rough-and-tumble, non-profit world we ask that all in-kind donations be durable and in new or like-new condition. If you have a more worn donation you’re considering sending our way, just send us an email beforehand and we’ll see if we can make use of it.
If you have any questions about item specifications or would like to coordinate a drop-off or pick-up, please contact us at info@cfet.org.
